2017 Vendor Information

Returning Vendor Deadlines

  • Contract mailing - February 3, 2017
  • Signed contracts returned with 50% deposit due Friday, March 31, 2017
  • Full payment must be received by Monday, July 3, 2107 (if not, space may be reassigned) 
  • Vendor packet pick up at the UPSF main office begins August 7, 2017

 

2017 New Vendor Application
(Introductory letter with general information, application, map, and camping reservation form)


The tentative dates for new vendor contracts are as follows:

  • Selection process for current vendors will  be completed by 4/17/17.
  • New vendor selection process will begin 4/18/17.
  • Contracts must be returned with 50% within 10 days of selection.
  • Full payment due Monday, July 3, 2017.
  • Packet pickup at the UPSF main office for all vendors begins Monday, August 7, 2017.
